Update, and Nater's in the monsoon...
Splash!
Thank you so much for all of your sweet comments! It has been a crazy couple of days, for sure! I got in to see the Urologist yesterday. She sent me over, to get an X-ray of my left kidney..the one that has been causing me fits! Then I walked the X-ray back over to the office, and dropped it off. I then headed to the store to pick a few things up, since I have pretty much been out of commission. By the time I had walked thru the door, the Dr.'s office had already called. The Dr. said that the stone is still in the kidney. She has put me on some medication to see if it can help things along. I go back in a week. So far things are going a tad better. I still have twinges of pain, but nothing like Sat.! Wow, that was one day!
I had to post these pictures. Before I bit the dust, I had taken them of Nate last Weds. He was outside playing in the rain during one of our monsoons. We have one area in the front yard that looks like a mini lake the way the water settles in. He sure had fun! I sure wish I had the energy he has! :)

how fun- i love the monsoons!
i sure hope that stone passes soon and with as little pain as possible! take it easy!
The rain has been awesome hasn't it? I encountered a massive dust storm on my way home yesterday and it was so bad that everyone was using their emergency lights so that you could see the car in front of you -- that's how bad the visibility was! And it was the whole way from Mesa to QC! Crazy.
I haven't been reading blogs in a few days and I'm sorry to hear about the kidney stones - I hope it passes soon and won't be too bad.
Hey Momma! Ha ha! That was so funny when Nate did that. It looks like of fun though! He is so silly! I hope that your stone with pass soon...Thats not fun! I love you to the moon and back!

Fun times in the rain! gotta love that!
We must have gotten the same storm...it finally rained here yesterday - sweet relief! nothing like a rain storm in the desert during July, huh???
Hope you get feeling better - sounds terribly uncomfortable to have a kidney stone. :(
My parents left open a window in one of their bedrooms. Oh when they got home. the had a big mess.
I hope you be able to pass that stone SOON!!!! Get some rest girl. I will try to call you today :). Fun pictures of Nate.
Those pictures are hilarious! We've been enjoying all of the fun as well...from the inside, however!
I hope the medicine is helping you. It's not fun when you don't feel well and I hope things will be on the mend soon. Love those pictures of Nate, so fun! Looks like the perfect thing to do in that kind of weather :-) btw - love the background and colors - perfect!

This reminds me of when I moved here and saw my first monsoon -crazy! Some grassy parts fill up too quick with water-where's the surfboard?!HA!
I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. (well with drug help anyways)
I heard Mesa got over an inch of rain and part of the 60 closed. Crazy! I am sure it was a HUGE treat to see some rain. We are finally sunny here yay!
Hope you are feeling better. Such a handsome boy! I thought you had posted a picture of a model on your computer :)
Cute pics. I can picture my boys doing that kind of thing. Glad to hear you're feeling better.
Rad pictures! I love how he pulled the surf board in! I'm glad you are feeling better, but hope it passes soon! Ouch! :(
Sounds like you have a really good Dr. to get back to you so fast. There is nothing more frustrating than having to wait for results.
I love monsoons:)
cool pictures. It needs to rain like that here SOOO bad. It's raining today but just a small drizzle all day long. I wish it would POUR!
Gotta love guys!!! He is a cuttie!!
Hope you are feeling mega better soon...You will be in our prayers..
That Nate is one cute boy! Looks like he was having a blast too...my Mr. T would love that!
Glad that you are feeling a bit better. Just talking today to another girl I know who had kidney stones over the weekend. She compared the pain to childbirth. And her daughter is 15 months old, so she still remembers! Hope that things are back to normal soon!
