cupcakes...
Last week I was in the mood to bake. I had seen these nifty cupcake holders around. I picked this up last week. It sure does the job! I thought at first it looked flimsy. Nope, it held a dozen cupcakes. I decided to make lemon cupcakes. I have to say they are now my new favorite treat!

Where did you get that Michelle? We have a reception for a friend coming up and she is looking for some. I hope its a store we have here in WA. That is way fun. I love had they are turned towards you. Good find indeedy.
Oh they look sooo yummy! Cupcakes are big in my family...I've been making them for years and years. Who knew they'd get so popular!
My problem is that since I got my new oven (convection), my cupcakes aren't as good as years past. It really bums me out! The tops get hard but the inside is always so yummy and moist. I've got to figure out what I'm doing wrong!

I have tons of boxes in my pantry to make those, hmmm maybe that would be a good thing to make this weekend.

Michelle, my son is serving in Chandler right now. He is in the Tempe Mission. He gets home in 6 mnths. which seems like tomorrow. He has loved it there so much and would not surprise us if he returned to go to school in Phoenix. He has a really good job offer there. Take Care and have a great weekend.
