The beauty of Arizona...
Yes, that is Mollie helping Steve drive home. :)
One more reason I love Arizona is the beautiful flowers that bloom in the dessert this time of year. We were driving home from the cabin yesterday morning, and this was what we saw. I would guess that these beautiful wild flowers could be seen for a good 30 miles, or so. These pictures really don't do the beauty justice. For the most part these pictures were taken at 75 miles per hour! It always amazes me at the different beauty between here, and Heber. We left Heber with the last of winter melting away, from the cabin. I would guess 75 minutes later, we saw these yellow beauties. The temperature also rose about 25 degrees. This is what I love about Arizona. You can travel a short distance, and enjoy sunshine, water skiing, snow skiing, etc.
Today is what I call Monday madness! It is my designated day, to play catch up from the weekend. I again have sooooo much laundry! I am off to start the day. :)

Hey Michelle, yep.... I miss the White Mountains in Arizona. My parents live in Linden. I always use to think there was no colder place than St.Mary's in the winter time... then I moved here. Little did I know...
I miss those beautiful desert scenes and cant wait to be there this summer. It's been 3 years since I came home.
welcome home!AZ is a beautiful place to live! I really need to get out there!!!
I love that about AZ too - the amazing difference in climates and terrain! It's so completely different and all so beautiful.
I'm still planning on Wed!
Beautiful pics Michelle! I've been catching up on your other posts. I love those Mickey t-shirts! Seriously cute! How did the surgery go?? I didn't see a post about it (or maybe I didn't search far enough?).
We're in the midst of Monday Madness here too! First I had to finish up my VTing, so this afternoon house cleaning is my priority!
I love those things about AZ too! Makes me miss it! Thanks for sharing!
thanks for sharing the pictures of AZ!!!
HAve a great Monday:)
I love AZ, too. We live in the white mountains! Come see me on my blog. I found you through Lauralee. Glad to find another Arizonian. :o)
The other night I smelled the orange blossoms and remembered that's another reason I love Arizona.
I NEVER appreciated the desert beauty until I moved away. There is just something about AZ. Love it. :)
Isn't this place we live...AMAZING??!
I feel so blessed!
Can't wait to see you on Wednesday!
Now that my little sis is in AZ, I'm looking at AZ differently. I think I could live there too.
If you have time, I tagged you...see my last post. Thanks!
Gorgeous! After living here almost four years I am finally recognizing the beauty of this state. Breathtaking!
I would LOVE to see flowers like that, instead of this dreadful snow! Gorgeous! Than again, I'd take a Utah summer over an AZ summer any day! Trade off.
My Monday's are very similar! Recovery, as I call it! :)
my girls have been in the pool already here too countless times--they keep bugging me to take them to the beach! spring break is next week..so beach, boogie boards here we come!!
im SO checking out the swimsuits--my issues is my WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!! ugh..i hate that part about swimsuits..NOTHING-NOTHING holds these girls UP!!!!
Beautiful pictures of AZ. Now I see why my son loves it there so much. Thanks.
We lived in an area in CA with beautiful orange poppies everywher. It was so beautiful. So glad you were able to see those yellow beauties!
