Fall recipes...

I have been in one of those moods to bake. I was wondering what some of your favorite fall recipes are? Here is a super easy one I want to share. I made this a few times last year, and it my family loved these.

Easy Pumpkin Spice Cookies

1 box spice cake mix
1 (15 ounce) can of solid packed pumpkin
1 cup walnuts (optional) or 1 cup chocolate chips (optional). I used the chocolate chips!
Preheat over to 350F.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam, or vegetable spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and pumpkin with a fork until well mixed. Stir in walnuts, or chocolate chips, if desired.
Drop large spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake about 10-14 minutes depending on size of the cookies.
These are so yummy!

mmmmmm, I love those cookies! I make them every fall. :)

Fall time is when I get the cooking bug - the whole summer I avoid the stove like the plague, but when it starts to cool, I love to bake!

Some of my favs are zucchini bread, banana bread, cookies of all kinds, casseroles and soups!

I just found that recipe too! I have a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe, and it sounds pretty similar but I don't use a spice cake mix. Will have to try that out! :) I love making my Olive Garden soup. YUMMY!!

Those sounds super delicious! Are you going to the Alex's wedding Saturday? I should be in the kitchen with Kay, so come say "Hi" if you're around!
