gingerbread

The kids are officially out of school for Christmas break! I am so happy! I love spending time with them. Tonight I decided it was a perfect night to make gingerbread. The kids, and their friends seemed to really enjoy it. What are some of your favorite goodies, that you like to make this time of the year?

My kids just got out today, too....here we go!!! I'm actually really looking forward to the break.

Some of my favorite Christmas treats are posted on my blog - the saltine toffee cookies - totally sinful. :)

Great new pics. on your blog by the way!

I just got done making some cinnamon rolls. I do enjoy making cookies. But it seems we have gotten so many goodies I am getting sick of them. Ugh. I can't seem to stay away from the plates.

We are making the pretend gingerbread houses tomorrow night for FHE.

Fudge ... absolutely my favorite!! I need to try Carey's recipe. That sounds delish! I made gingerbread cookies a few years ago... out of a box mix. Ha ha, but it was so yummy! I was the only one who loved it though.
