Private, no more...

After much thinking, and rethinking I have to decided to not make my blog private. After realizing all of the blessings that have come to me thru blogging, I realized private was not the way I wanted to go. This year has brought me many blessings, that have come thru the blogging world. I have reconnected with family, friends, and even made wonderful new friends. In this past year I have been inspired by so many. I have tried new recipes, enjoyed SPT, connected with so may wonderful ladies, tried new cleaning techniques, read books, gone to movies, and watched TV shows that where highly recommend. I have shed tears with you, many laughs, and most importantly feel like I have grown from all of you. I will continue to keep my blog as safe as I know how to. I am very concerned of the safety of my family.I look forward to many more memories, and blessings. Here is to Safe, and HAPPY blogging! :)

I feel the same way about blogging. I do wonder if I post too many pictures of my kids, but I haven't felt compelled to go private.

Love the "simplify" post below. That's a word I definitely need to remember. And not always so much an outward, physical level, but emotionally. Does that make sense?

yay! not that i was going to miss out anyway but you never know who you are gonna find(onehm), or inspire by blogging. i fully agree with Christina about the addiction that is good for you. love blogging and connecting with other people. bummer you went to all the trouble to go private to then go back and make it public again. but it is all there if you change your mind again someday right?

I know what you mean about making so many friends, learning great things, etc. I also understand about keeping your family protected. It's a scary world out there anymore.

Have a great day!! :)

Amen! Glad that you are so blessed in this life. You are one of the best mama's I know. It's so sweet that you worry about your kids (even the ones that are adults themselves)! I second the motion of:

I have liked being an open blog too.. otherwise I would have never met all the wonderful ladies I have! I hope that it continues to be "safe" to welcome people to read! I love your blog and love how you embrace "simplicity"-- something I strive for!!

I know what you mean about all the pros from not being private! I've been thinking about this a lot this week since a few of my buddies have suddenly gone the private route. Love the post below this one too! I want this sign!
