Thank you!
Finally had time to get in touch with nature...Haha! MOOOO!
Headed back home early this morning...
First off I want to thank all of you for your sweet words of support. I can't express to you how much they mean to me. I have been reflecting on my blogging experience. I have met so many wonderful people. When I started blogging I thought that I would basically be journaling, and that was about it. Ohh, how I was so wrong. Heavenly Father has blessed me with wonderful friends. Well, we had to head up to Heber Friday afternoon. We had a meeting we had to be at, at 4:30. Can you believe I forgot the laptop??? I about went thru withdrawl! I think getting out of town was the best thing for me. I was able to spend quiet time alone out doors, catch up on sleep, and relax. This is just what I needed after the week I had, had. When Steve told me we had a meeting Friday I thought he meant here in town. I found out a few days before that it was up in Heber. I thought at that time, this is just one more thing to add to this crazy week! I know Heavenly Father knew what I needed. This was a true tender mercy. I am feeling much better. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday. I just realized I better add that our cabin is in Heber Arizona, not Heber Utah.

Your thoughts are sweet -I was just talking about my blogging friends -to my hubs today."we are friends.no matter how.pen pal or internet or phone, friends can come to us different ways". Happy to know you enjoyed your excursion away & 'feeling better'.-janae
hi michelle: glad to hear it. i, too, love the tender mercies of the Lord -- that is my favorite conference talk (apr 2005) from my favorite general authority (elder david a. bednar). i wrote about this in my post a week ago in fact. he became a g.a. around the time i chose to start attending this church. so grateful someone got my attention about our church.
i like reading the way you write so far because you sound grateful for your blessings. that is so good.
i also thought that i would just blog as a form of journaling, but i have enjoyed the added bonus of neat sisters who also blog and share comments. i had no idea how much i would like this.
blessings to you and yours this Sabbath :)
Ahh! Quiet, outdoors - sounds great! Glad to hear your doing well and that the peace was helpful. It's always the case, isn't it, just when you think you've had enough, there is always an answer -or in your case, a short break.
Take care of yourself!

I thought I commented. Weird. I am glad you were able to get away. Heber is so nice! I haven't been there since highschool when my parents rented out a cabin. I do remember the big pine trees. Hope you are having a great Monday!
Oh, email me your daughter's email address and I will add her to the list of people. They ask for that not the blog address.
Jen :)
I am glad you found the piece that you needed. HF really does work in mysterious ways. I am grateful to be counted in as one of your blogging friends. You are awesome.
I'm so glad to hear that you had a weekend of renewal. So so necessary. I, too, started blogging thinking it was a journal only - great, in & of itself, of course. But, I have been so surprised at how many ways it helps me to feel fulfilled. I am inspired & changed by the wonderful women I have met here (including you!!!).
