Cousins...Easter Pagent..Baskets...
We just spent 4 fun filled days with my Niece, Nephew, and his wife Alex. I have so much to blog about. The laptop the pictures are downloaded on, are over at the office, with Steve. I will post about our time spent together this evening, after Steve gets home.
Easter has been on my mind. We are planning on attending, the Easter pageant, at the Mesa temple this week. This is something I have been looking forward to. The true meaning of Easter is presented in such a beautiful, and tender way. If anyone wants to go, it starts at 8:00 P.M. on the grounds of the Mesa temple, each night this week. I also am going to go run my Easter errands this morning. Time to do a little Easter basket shopping. :) What do you put in the kids baskets? I would LOVE some new ideas!

oh I want to hear new ideas too! I usually shop at the church bookstore for easter gifts for my kids.. a new church dvd or book, I try to make it all gospel related..
We're going to the Easter Pageant on Thursday so if you go that night please look for us!
I'm going to have to check back for the ideas people give because our little boys baskets are done but not our teens - help!
I think with kids your age you can't go wrong with DVD's , CD's and candy!Kids never grow out of candy!
Emily loves peeps, anything chocolate and itunes card. Boys love DVD, games and GUM!
Have a great week.:)
Those cookies are so pretty! That Easter pageant sounds so perfect to go to. Have a nice time. I hope you are feeling better!
We saw the pageant tonight! Soooo fun! We got there about 5 and were on the second row! It was great - as usual!
silly putty.
Yum, do those cookies ever look good! I miss watching the Easter Pageant (when we lived there). I still need to get to my Easter Errands - been involved in Birthdays and other stuff.
We got married in March & in Mesa, but we didn't go to the pageant!!
:(
I usually try to put gospel related stuff in my girls' basket, but it's harder to now they're in the "middle" childhood years. So, I just do a cheap toy (a game, markers, etc) and a few treats of favorite candy. Nothing too big or fancy....
