The Light Rail...Ben
Friday Ben, and I decided we would try out the new Light Rail. We took it from Mesa to Tempe. We got off of it right near ASU. I have to say that I am really impressed by how easy it is to take the rail. It took us about 20 minutes to get from Mesa to Tempe. That was with the stopping in between. We walked around Mill Street. We decided to have Mexican food for lunch. This is both of our favorites. We talked, shopped, and then rode the rail back to Mesa. It was so good to spend some time with Ben. He has endured some trails these past three months. Some that he didn't see coming. Some none of us saw coming. Ben has handled these trials in such an amazing way. He has so much strength. As a Mother, it has been hard to watch him go thru trials, that he has had to endure, at such a young age. He has been such an example to me. It is such a blessing, to be able to have him home again. He is such a joy in my life.

Glad you were able to have some one on one time with Ben. I'm sorry he's been having a rough time. Jeremy and I love to shop Mill St. when we are down for a game.

It's hard to watch your kids go through stuff.
I haven't been on our light rail yet, but I've been on SLC's many times. My boys think it's great.
What a fun date with your boy! I haven't tried the lite rail yet. That sounds like a fun idea. I'm glad Ben is doing good. He's a cutie. All your kids are cute. I love the bikes you got for Christmas too. One day you should ride over to my house :)
It sounds like a perfect day together.
Each time we're in Tempe, we see more progress being done on the light rail. So glad to see it up and running.
I've wondered about Ben and how he's doing. I have a guess as to what's been happening with him and he sure has been in my thoughts and prayers! How wonderful that you were able to spend some one on one time with him. No matter how old they are, they still love their time with Mom.
Fun to go break it in:) Mexican food is always a great choice to top off a special occasion!
It sounds like you had such a great day with Ben. I am so sorry that he has had a hard time. No mom wants to see their kids go through trials. I am so glad you could have that one on one time with him.
Looks like you and Ben had a great time! we should plan lunch downtown sometime!
Looks like it was a lot of fun! I know what you mean about going through trials with kids - my oldest is having a rough adjustment after our move.
What a fun day! We rode the light rail a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. I'm so glad that you were able to spend some quality time together with Ben!
That looks like a great new light rail!!! It's really nice to spend the one on one time - priceless! Sorry Ben is having a hard time - hopefully everything will turn up soon!
I get to try the new light rail out on Sunday (before the race I am running) Glad you were able to spend some quality time together!
awesome little one on one time! fun adventure.
Always nice to have one on one with our children....no matter their age. I hope things smooth out and Ben finds the comfort of his family and Heavenly Father a help.
Again...I miss so much about Arizona.
