Apple crisp...Yum!
Apple Crisp
1 can of apple pie filling (or make your own!)
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C flour
1 t Cinnamon
1/3 C melted butter
1/2 C oatmeal
Spread apples in a pan, blend remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (It's yum if you double the topping too!)

Here is a recipe I stumbled upon on someone else's blog. If it was yours, thank you!!! This is my new favorite recipe. I have made it 4 times in the past 2 weeks. We have taken it to a ward dinner, on our trip, and to some friends in our ward. You can use apple or peach pie filling from the store. You also can make your own. Here you go...I just have to share.

This is my absolute favorite dessert - and I always double the topping. That's the best part!

That looks super yummy! How fun to go to the dunes. We have never been either, but the thought of getting sand in every crevice honestly doesn't sound to appealing. Glad your lesson went well! Have a Happy THanksgiving!!

I can not make good pie crusts, so I always do apple crisp. It is so yummy hot out of the oven with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream.
