Christmas card tree

I spray painted clothes pins red to clip the cards to the branches.

I have been working on a Christmas card tree. Every year we put the Christmas cards that we receive, in a sleigh that sits on the counter. We all love to look at the new cards, that come in the mail. I decided that they needed to be displayed instead of sitting in a sleigh all month! This is what I cam up with.

Those are red birdies, right? haha
At first I thought...that can't be
a clothespin! Very cute. Last year
I had the kitchen cupboards covered
in the cards we received. I liked
it and was surprised it didn't bug
me. This new house, I don't know.
I did find I like them displayed to
look at, not lumped together like in the past ;) Oh. The candy you have in the base is deee-lish! I
gave those out at school with a note "you were MINT to be a teacher" they raved over my Walgreens find!heehee ciao, janae

Very cute. I have a snowman statue for mine, but I always run out of room. I should make something like that.
