Home sweet Home...

We made it home safe, and sound this morning. Steve, and Jacob drove up to Heber last night. Steve had some business in Showlow today, so it worked out perfectly! I was so tired from lack of sleep the night before. I kept wondering how I was going to sleep last night! I was so glad when Steve called, and said they where going to come up. Steve talked to the police this morning. It sounds like they have it narrowed down to 2 different groups or individuals that are doing some break ins. It sounded like they where right on track on catching both. We ended up having more things stolen than I had thought. They took all of our canned goods, and a quad helmet, and a Harley helmet. Steve is sooooo much more observant than me, it isn't funny! Well, I am off to get a few things done around here. All is good! I hope everyone is having a happy day! Thank you for all of your kind words yesterday. I really do appreciate them. We have never been broken into after all of these years. I realized that I was almost naive to it all. When the police started asking me the names, and makes of things, I was lost! I kept calling Steve asking him what color was that quad, what make was it, color etc. For a second I was afraid that the policeman was going to think I was a total airhead or making it up! Gezzzz! This lesson taught me to take better inventory of the things we have.

I'm glad you are back and that things are going better for you. That experience would leave me upset for a while.

Glad you're home safe, but canned goods? LOL We've been broken in on our suburban, and of all the things they took (CD player), they took my diaper bag. LOL Start taking pictures to help document. Great if you ever have a fire too, and need it for insurance purposes.

I am glad you guys are back safe. I guess you always learn from experiences like that. Maybe you can photograph more stuff next time you go for documentation. I haven't ever done that, but people tell me I should.

It amazes me they left the other quads but took your canned goods??? I have no clue what make our quads are either and I couldn’t identify them in a line up!!!!

So glad you are all safe and there was no structural damage (except for the window..) Hope you can enjoy the rest of your summer…You always have such a positive attitude..
